Majorly focusing on Onshore, Offshore and Overseas Clients. These tanks are widely used in OIL AND GAS, DISTILLERY, PERTROCHEMICAL & many other Industries. These tanks are designed as per ASME SEC VIII DIV I. We are known and approved Stamp ‘U’ Manufacturers of pressure vessels and storage tanks as per ASME certification.

A pressure vessel is a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. Consequently, pressure vessel design, manufacture, and operation are regulated by engineering authorities backed by legislation, For these reasons, the definition of a pressure vessel varies from country to country, pressure vessel needs to be carefully designed involving and considering all safety parameters and standards and safe operating pressure and temperature.

Our products are designed using AutoPIPE Vessel, PV Elite, NozzlePRO, SolidWorks & AutoCAD.

More complicated shapes have historically been much harder to analyze for safe operation and are usually far more difficult to construct.

Our highly qualified & knowledgeable Staffs take care of every parameter required for precise and quality output. Geometry of tank is maintained perfectly, which makes vessel aesthetically attractive. Manhole opening is provided for large tanks. Nozzle orientation & elevation is maintained to avoid any problems at site. For large tanks ladder & platforms are also provided. Our products are designed so as to provide best competitive cost solution.

We have all necessary Equipments and testing facilities required for manufacturing of vessels, which makes us unique and stand ahead in this highly competitive market.

Skilled workers follow good engineering practices as per ASME codes. Welding quality is maintained as all our welders are certified, proper instructions and knowledge about work in educated and are well trained before execution of any work. Vessels are hydro tested to ensure proper strength of weld joints. Radiography is done as per product requirement. For Stainless Steel we go for TIG welding, while for Carbon Steel we use SMAW.

Our Quality Inspectors are NDT Level II qualified, necessary test and inspection of the final product is carried out in-house before it is dispatched to customer site.

A team of experienced and qualified engineers having complete knowledge of design standard & operation of the skid are dedicated & deployed for manufacturing of the same.
